The Department of Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems (AFIS) offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees in Accounting, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Finance, and Insurance. The AFIS Department is one of the two departments in College of Business and Technology providing for study in business functional areas.

The AFIS Department, working with MBA Office, also offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The AFIS Department offers graduate courses in the areas of accounting, computer information systems, finance, and quantitative methods.

All EKU business degree programs, including BBA and MBA, are accredited by AACSB International.
